Terms of Service

Labelory provides Shopify inventory-receiving, barcode-scanning, label-template, and PDF-generation software. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing received quantities, label content, printer settings, and inventory results.

Shopify and availability

Use requires a compatible Shopify store and granted app permissions. Shopify APIs, internet access, and third-party infrastructure can affect availability. No direct printer, POS, WMS, or Purchase Order API compatibility is promised.

Plans and cancellation

When enabled, subscription selection, trials, billing, and cancellation are managed through Shopify App Pricing. Current plan details shown by Shopify control over conflicting marketing copy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law or Shopify policies.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Merchants should verify important inventory changes and retain appropriate operational records.
