Privacy Policy

Labelory processes Shopify shop identity, app credentials, product and inventory data needed to display variants, receive inventory, and generate labels. It stores shop credentials, label templates, receiving-operation snapshots, and minimal product-event names.

Customer data

Labelory does not request customer or order scopes and does not intentionally store customer personal information.

Use and sharing

Data is used only to provide and secure the service. Infrastructure providers may process data as necessary to host the application and database. Labelory does not sell merchant or customer data.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling immediately disables stored Shopify credentials. Shopify's shop-redaction request deletes the shop record and its templates, receiving operations, product events, and credentials.

Security and contact

Production traffic uses HTTPS and application secrets are stored outside source control. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@labelory.com.

Owner review required: the service owner must add any legally required operator identity, postal address, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and final retention language before App Store submission.
